Bagamoyo city tour
One day, returning to Afrikando Castle afterwards
Bagamoyo sits on Tanzania's coast, north of Dar es Salaam. It is a town of art, culture and old stories, nominated by UNESCO as a World Heritage site. It was once an important trading port and the capital of German East Africa, and the stopover for slave and ivory caravans travelling from Lake Tanganyika to Zanzibar.

Kilimanjaro scenic flight
70 minutes, early morning, chartered aircraft
Guests board a special chartered flight for an aerial tour of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. Early morning means clear views, soft golden light and excellent conditions for photographs.

Guests leave Dar es Salaam at 07:00 aboard the Afrikando yacht, with breakfast served as the Indian Ocean opens up around them.
